Recently, I spoke with an acquaintance about the reality of my life

as an American female of third-fourth generation descent during this

historical period. My experience as a terror crime survivor makes

it necessary to see my life circumstances as part of a larger whole

in terms of political/social currents.

Some ask why I didn't "cash-out" sooner for financial security with

the established corrupt systems who saw it as a means to reduce loss

for themselves after a trail of proof was left behind years ago. Facts

about wire fraud/stalking will be known through channels, both in

Congress and enforcement, with the testimony of those who know

operational realities of surveillance dual-technology and information

systems with organized crime links. Yes, the news media had a primary

profit role in escalating damage to my life and privacy.

Given my understanding of larger political processes as an adult, I

still saw my life as an extension of the American immigrant labor

experience: a few generations of agricultural labor existence led to

a more participatory role in a government and economy in Hawaii.

This led to our dilemma of reverse discrimination in Hawaii while

those who left Hawaii continue to live with remnants of unspoken

class/race/gender barriers in most of America.

Maui was asleepy and decent town of happy yet dissatisfied, simple

masses who lived amongst the land owning/corporate structure when

I grew up here. Class and merit-based segregation is part of this

community, whether or not others want to admit this reality.

It was important to carve my place in history during this period of

America's transition from its superpower status while a debtor nation

and dependent on cash reserves from China, Middle Eastern billionaires

and even Russia. The news media wants us to forget these facts. I

don't delve into the world of finance/commerce for a reason.

Freeing my spirit and soul while being treated with tacit contempt

from my own country requires that my victim history is treated as a

symptom of a larger problem. After all, my problems started a month

before September 11, 2001 when I was falsely linked to a Native

Hawaiian sovereignty group in my published letter to the editor in

the Advertiser. It had been my third published letter in their paper

during a month's period. After my complaint about this mistake, I

then received an overt business offer by a former investor from the

Bishop Estate based on my contact with the Advertiser.

Trying to remain financially stable at this point relies on those who

see my situation as part of Hawaii's evolution for better and worse

even though I do not plan to reside permanently in Hawaii. In the

digital economy my physical presence is not required to have vested

interest on the island.

Seeking paid work, sponsors for office infrastructure, sponsors for

living here while legal processes are built for my safety and privacy

from parasite slime groups will depend on those with vested interest

and without a conflict of interest.

A couple of weeks ago, I was speaking on my phone near my place

of residence when a male associate heard me talking about petty crimes

taking place at commercial sites on Maui. My phone conversation was with

a personal acquaintance who has a professional security company with

commercial properties on Maui. During our conversation, my other male

associate approached me physically with feigned affection deriding

the effort to address vandalism and petty crimes on Maui. He started

to kiss me on my face while I had this conversation that had the intent

for business sponsorship contacts.

This sexual harassment is on phone record with my security friend.

Behavior that leads to proof of a legal complaint record defies anyone's

imagination. It may be that in current times, consequences for one's

derision and contempt are not seen readily enough.

What's a female to do? It is in this blurred type of boundaries that

most contempt, political/social/personal, takes place to add to the

stress and distress of ordinary life doings. It is intentional. It is the

tactic of those who have little soul left in themselves even while sitting

with wasted resources and privileges that most in the world cannot

grasp.

America is ugly and also beautiful. I don't like being placed in a position

to have to work for what is obviously deserved in personal dynamics.

Let others make note it is this level of petty power plays and hypocrisy

that is at the heart of most system-based obstruction. Systems should be

adjusted to minimize this type of distraction.

Sexual harassment is at a minimum $250,000 with a pattern of intimi-

dation. Sexual harassment for the sake of a corrupt system of commerce

that has something to hide is even worse. That would be considered

public endangerment and intent to cause harm.

Those who cannot accept that they are no longer in control because of

diminished national systems should at least accept that we are just a

part of an evolving modern world that has not designed itself for the

sake of preservation, unlike a few economies that are looking mighty

fine inspite of America's ills.

Updated Maui County Contact

For those wondering what's the scoop with Maui County, I received

a return call from Officer Awai on behalf of Community Relations at

Maui Police Department. They should know by now that my online

internet newsletters contain information to the international and

national press about my complaints against them.

In addition, I called the Litigation Division of Maui County's Corp-

oration Counsel. A copy of my email to them today was sent to press

contacts at the Los Angeles Times reporting on international drug

crimes, Flare Network internet newsletter, Senator Orrin Hatch and

Congressman Hal Rogers.

It is in the best interest of the majority of the population to create

verifiable, legitimate statements on record in a multi-pronged, multi-

level manner repeatedly with strategic facts/info to advance the story

about the War on Corruption and Transnational Domination.

The Food Bowl

The Compost Pile was originally named The Food Bowl internet site.

In the original format while I lived and worked in Hana, the concept

was to create a sense of abundance. Abundance is not same as having

more than you need. It is about feeling safety in our daily lives in

a larger society that is barely comprehensible to most.

Maslow, the famous Psychology 101 theorist, made his hiearchy of

needs known to all who studied in college. At the base of our existence

is the need to have basic survival resources: food, drinkable water and

a place to live. In modern society, this includes feeling relatively safe

from physical assault/harm in daily activities with access to public

health/hygiene facilities. Simple enough.

Americans do not have this security. Imagine that. Other industrialized

nations wonder about America this way. Anyway, my internet site then

became The Compost Pile since it was necessary to produce living soil

and land mass from refuse in order to feel any kind of life source. As

a victim in a small place like Maui, my own basic needs were deliberately

withheld for the sake of malicious abuse of power.

Maui will have to live with this reality. So will Hawaii, since we have

now divided those who see Maui as nothing more than a commodity for

the State of Hawaii with those who see that Maui has a clear possibility

for its own purpose. This topic is for governance specialists, not me.

Hunger, the lack of food, is an economic problem. Obesity/overweight

issues a behavioral problem, like addiction even tho' it can be related to

economic issues. Malnutrition is an educational problem. We do not

need gobs of money to research the answer to why some eat too much

nor to prove that problems actually exist. It's the economy, stupid.

Transnationals do not have vested interest in small economies, never

have, never will. Who sold out on Maui? The ones who smile and pat

you on your back about what a great job you are doing to tow-the-line.

It has been proven that the international trend is to regionalize growth

through open, transparent policies and practices.

No secrets allowed.

Open Letter to Mayor Arakawa - Updated

Called, spoke with and left messages for Mayor Tavares, County

Clerk and Maui County Corporation Counsel today about this

open letter for Mayor Arakawa who begins office in January.

This is an open letter to Mayor Alan Arakawa of Maui County:

Dear Mayor Arakawa,

I am posting this letter on my internet site to demonstrate my

intent for full disclosure and accountability. Your re-election

this past November 2010 to the Mayor's Office of Maui County

must include acknowledgment of my experience as a victim of

severe and pervasive system malice, neglect and negligence.

As you may remember, I contacted your office in the Fall of

2004 right after my return to Maui as a resident. I met with

your Executive Assistant in a private meeting in his office to

discuss a situation that I impacted my safety as well as public

safety for residents.

Your Executive Assistant encouraged me to contact local law

enforcement for any concerns of harassment, stalking and

other crimes in Wailuku where I lived at the time. For your

information, after this meeting I made three taped statements

to Maui Police Department over 9 months while I lived in a

Happy Valley rental with housemates. One of these house-

mates, heretoforth known as Gil Agaran, was an administrator

in your office at the time.

My taped statements were made to Sgt. Mitch Pellazar, one

of these meetings included Assistant Chief Kikuchi. He had

invited me for a meeting after a personal contact who is an

attorney made a call to his office about why no police officer

had arrived to our location as I requested. There were other

residents who mentioned knowledge of a "drug" investigation

in our neighborhood.

This area near Happy Valley is known to be drug-ridden, and

in fact, the rental where we resided had been exposed in past

years as a crack-cocaine house. A neighbor who lived with her

family across the street told me that a former police officer

provided information that some homes on our street were being

used as "hot" houses to investigate illegal drug activities. She

gave me permission to use her name in my meeting with MPD

since she had concerns that one of her sons needed to be in

rehabilitation or incarcerated.

My complaints about suspicious car activities were made to

the owner of the rental where I lived within the first week of

moving there in November 2004. He contacted Vice Officer

Jeff Hunt about this matter. As you know, the Maui News

reported that Jeff Hunt, the vice officer was killed in a shoot-

in 2007. In Maui County, there are two men named Jeff Hunt.

After my initial meeting at MPD in November, I observed an

MPD SUV stopping by two of the houses that I had named as

sites where frequent, brief car activities took place. The male

driver did not stop his vehicle, rather he stopped and spoke

with those who live there from his vehicle.

The Mayor's Office should note that right around the corner of

this street, there was reportedly an eviction of over 30 families

near Banana Bungalow due to drug crimes in 2008. It was an

employee at Banana Bungalow who reported this to me in person.

Please read my newsletters about how "intelligence-led" policing

uses military intelligence gathering for special investigations

and the profit-motives that result when policies increase funding

with increased incidents of drug violence/crimes. This direct

relationship, the bigger the crime the bigger your budget is the

topic of my complaint to Republicans in the House Appropriations

Committee in Washington DC.

My calls to Republicans are a result of not having received an

appropriate response from our own Congress members after making

repeated complaints per email, phone and in person on tape with

former Congressman Case's office in August 2004. My contact

with Congressman Abercrombie, who is now Governor, resulted

with his staff directing me to Congressman Case.

My complaints about MPD's failures and violations are numerous.

Overt email fraud with former MPD secretary Yvonne Ching, defamation

of character in written format, at least 3 unannounced visits to locate me

at another person's residence with false information and two incidents

of having Police Officer Abas call me on behalf criminally implicated

individuals, one who is clinically diagnosed as having organic brain

disorder living on disability subsidy. The last two incidents involv-

ing calls by Officer Abas include illegal drug use issues.

My complaint to Maui County DA Davelyn Tengan's office in early

2006 resulted in her requesting an investigator. I provided a

tape recording of a message left for me on the spare bedroom

phone of a personal associate while I visited his Maui home. The

message was of a male voice saying that the FBI and CIA were

looking for me. I had previously made a taped statement with

Ms. Tengan's assistant, Mike Caires, in 2005.

You may have heard that I am on record making direct and

verifiable complaints about my housemates at our rental in

Happy Valley. My complaint was on record on August 8, 2005

in Judge Ige's court about complicity on the part of my house-

mates with covering up criminal use of harvesting information

at our shared rental and illegal drug activities.

In early 2006, I also contacted Senator Sen Tsutsui. While we

acknowledged that he had a conflict of interest due to his own

personal and political affiliation with my housemates in Happy

Valley, he received documents to implicate them. Based on

my complaints, he contacted then Police Chief Phillips about

why they had not fully and in a timely manner arrive to our

neighborhood about suspicious activities.

Senator Tsutsui's office did not receive a response from then

Chief Phillips. Senator Tsutui's office corresponded with me about

this, saying that they had forwarded my complaints to the State

AG's Criminal Division Office.

Since this time, there has been a pattern of preferential treat-

ment given to my former housemates, both known Democrat

insiders who have business ties with others close to Senator

Inouye and key Democrat stakeholder circles. My plan is to

prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, as they have

contributed to ongoing obstruction and corrupt practices in

our systems.

At this point, Mayor Arakawa, I have been denied services by

Maui County law enforcement. My attempt to participate with

the Police Commission's public testimony on April 15, 2009 in

selecting the next Police Chief was rejected. The receptionist

at the Police Commission told me twice per phone that MPD's

Internal Affairs, run by Juan Williams, informed her of this

ban. Juan Williams is one of two officers who arrived at the

back door of a relative's home looking for me unannounced

in 2007. The other officer was Chris Dodd. My hand-written

complaint about this incident was delivered by me in person

to then DA Acob within days.

Maui County will be held accountable for these incidents. These

incidents clearly created conditions of violence and harassment

as I have reported on my newsletters. My newsletters were sent

to Republicans in the House Appropriations Committee and were

acknowledged by a newsletter based in Italy that reports on

transnational drug crimes, white collar crimes and the need to

confront organized crime and corruption.

What has happened to me is a symptom of a larger problem. It

is not only for the safety of my case that this matter is addressed.

It is about system accountability that will determine Maui's future.

Should your office have any information that suggests a pattern

of malice by those in legitimate positions of authority to increase

slander against me as a victim/complaintant, you are madated to

report this in a multi-pronged, multi-lateral manner, including

House Appropriaton Republicans in Congress named on my news-

letter.

I am independent, non-partisan with proof that corrupt Democrats

and criminal defendants with drug crimes are receiving preferential

treatment. I have been denied due process since November 2004.

My complaint will inevitably be part of my self-sovereignty process

to clear my name, my reputation, my identity from any and all

systems of government, intelligence and commerce-based legal

mechanisms of control and access.

All You Need to Know for Now

Objective: Seeking gainful income in alignment with my stated and lived beliefs, to profit from over 25 years in health and healing services, and to build a strong network for entrepreneurial prosperity in and outside of Hawaii.

Bio: Yukie Yamada was born on March 18, 1961. In 1984, at the age of 23, she left the small, warm swampy pond of Hawaii to live, work and travel in the larger sea of reptiles where challenges from class and race based discrimination are pervasive and endemic.

Unlike most young adults of her generation and ethnicity from Maui, she rejected the mainstream mantra that she should follow a predictable course into a college-based white-collar professional life to support an eventual traditional family unit.

Classmates from her Maui Community College Nursing School will confirm that Yukie frequently fell asleep during lectures in the mini classroom building that had no air conditioning but always was the first to complete exams with no difficulty in maintaining an A grade point average.

After working as a Registered Nurse in Hawaii for two years, she decided to consider medical school and within a month moved to Dallas, Texas for a paid Critical Care Nursing course at Parkland Medical Center

She has told others that it was this experience of working with the indigent population in a County facility that most influenced her choice to not continue into medical training. In fact, it was in a Dallas bookstore in 1986 that she first found Ken Starr’s non-fiction book that documents how our health industry was shaped by intentional political mechanisms created by and for the American Medical Association.

The cultural isolation in Texas during these Regan years led to Yukie’s decision to make the cross-country drive to Northern California where she based her life for study and travel until 1999. In San Francisco, nurses were paid more that twice in salary than in Texas and were supported by a health professional sector that provided them with both the responsibility and the authority for much of the daily operations in their institutions.

It was an optimistic period for health professionals in the late 80’s and early 90’s in urban Northern California. Acute care institutional health culture was supported in the Bay Area by a vast network of community-based organizations, volunteers and educators who believed in providing basic services as an essential to human dignity.


While acute care hospitals that had traditionally served specific ethnic populations struggled to remain financially viable, opportunities for health professionals to participate with effective delivery of services continued to thrive. Integrated community-based models to preserve autonomy in culturally-appropriate ways became part of the mind-set for those at the
front -line of service delivery.

Between the late 80’s until the early 90’s, Yukie spent part of each year traveling the gringo trail in Europe, Mexico, South America and India. Her health-related volunteer experience includes work in Creel, Mexico with Chihuahua’s indigenous Tarahumara group and in Madras, India with Don Bosco de Beatitudes social services.

In 1989, she co-developed Espanol Intensivo for Health Professionals, a Workshop series taught in Sonoma County hospitals until 1993 with a Spanish instructor from Sonoma State University.

Her understanding of health and social services has been supported by extensive volunteer work for over 20 years. These include AIDS Hospice, HIV Prevention Education, Women’s Health, body-based wellness training with short-term addiction rehabilitation clients, service providers, female juvenile sex workers and incarcerated women in San Francisco’s County Jail, at-risk youth, Variety School for learning disabilities, Easter Seals.

In addition to acute care nursing in Critical Care Units and Emergency Room services, she has worked as an Independent Contractor for long-term insurance functional assessments, and as a Case Manager for integrated Pain Management Programs and Foster Elder Care Programs. Her front-line service with other federally subsidized programs through Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Programs with Hawaii’s Department of Health, Department of Education and Department of Human Services resulted in her comprehensive complaint to the Government Accountability Fraud Office and DHHS Fraud Waste and Abuse Office since 2007.

For three months in 2001, she worked as the RN site manager at a federally funded partial incarceration site on Oahu for male juvenile sex offenders who had multiple risk factors including addiction, learning disabilities and psychiatric behavior disorders.

Since 2007, Yukie has refused to license herself as a Registered Nurse to complete her complaint process with Republicans in the House Appropriations Committee. She has reported a pattern of criminal neglect, negligence and intentional malice/discrimination in a significant percentage
of health and social services.

The risks and threats for health professionals who fulfill their legal obligation to report any suspected or verified Fraud Waste and Abuse is part of a corrupt for-profit economic sector that increases funds for increased incidents of abuse through non-transparent litigation and legal tactics.

Fraud Waste and Abuse against and by clients, service providers, and state intermediaries are frequently bilateral. This is compounded by pervasive wire fraud and failures to protect privacy and confidentiality. Severe and hostile conditions exist for any person who responsibly participates in documenting prosecutable incidents that often includes patterns of drug use, abuse and addiction.

Yukie’s own Verizon cell phone account has been proven to be an example of wire terror in information systems. Front-line sales reps have contacted Republicans in the House Appropriation Committee to confirm that my account has on at least two occasions been listed under that wrong name in their data system. In addition, my phone number was found on the credit and auto insurance records of a known drug felon from Paia who claimed to be a medical marijuana dispensary after he went bankrupt in 2008.

While our country is attempting to deliver a trillion-dollar National Health Care Reform package passed through legislation this past year, most of the public dialogue and debate since 2009 was shaped by primary profit stakeholders of our health and research industry.

Much of the specific policy talking points involve providing small payment perks to voting blocs and for restructuring of payment schedules rather than setting a tone for the moral imperative of providing access to basic health services as essential to human dignity.

Health industry stakeholders are aware of the economic abyss, yet health consumers are primarily concerned about delivery of services. Delivery of services is the point of contact where consumers are impacted. Reform cannot be entirely legislated. The moral imperative is to address the need to create a professional culture committed to protecting the sanctity of human dignity and health choices during illness for Americans.

Yukie’s choice to remain at the front-line in the Critical Care Unit and in home-care settings as an advocate for the profession of nursing, for health institutions and for the patient has value in identifying vulnerable points where intentional and unintentional Fraud Waste Abuse can occur.

In her practice, advocacy does not impose beliefs that are outside the realm of the client, nor does it guarantee that information provided will be implemented, nor does it presume that advice is the only source. Even within an agreement to receive institutionalized health care services, each individual is unique in their experience and approach in defining health, illness and even the dying process. As an advocate, factors such as culture, religious belief, life experience and age influence treatment and delivery of services.

Our reliance on information technology for information storage and data collection within our health care industry has increased risks for Fraud Waste and Abuse. Yukie is on record with Congress about her complaint of wire fraud security breaches on the paperless clinical data system at the San Francisco VA Medical Center in the Critical Care Unit in 2004. This computer system allowed Las Vegas neon ads to pop up on patient flow charts. Her concern is for her own rights to privacy as a health provider well as for the patients and veterans at this facility.

After nearly 10 years since Yukie’s return to live in Hawaii, she is committed to addressing the corrupt policies and practices that create profit motives for malicious abuse of power in government and health care. She can prove a pattern of bribes, suspicious contracting offers and abuse to coerce her into activities that are criminal, unethical and outside the boundaries of her conscience. She can also prove an intent to create false association between
her proprietary intellectual property to address workplace power inequities with partisan and commercial agendas that do no represent her beliefs and interests.

Most notably, there is false reference to her legal and political writings with interests/groups with whom she has no affiliation in the Native Hawaiian Sovereignty movement, with Bishop Estate investors, with illegal drug networks and with liberal civil liberties organizations. Her transparent process for a legal and political model to protect her life from exploitation, wire fraud/stalking and wire identity theft is found on the internet since December 2009 in raw, unedited newsletters blog sites under her legal name.

Her newsletters, written from her perspective as a victim of a corrupt and criminalized economy, were acknowledged by FLARE NETWORK, an online newsletter based in Italy. FLARE NETWORK is the first European network of news companies and civil organizations, mostly from Eastern Europe, seeking to build a culture of legality and to dismantle their mafia-based enterprises by reporting on transnational white-collar crimes and drug trafficking. Their website includes policy directives for regional development by exposing transnational information underground systems that link organized crime with corruption in industry and commerce.

Yukie’s effort to eliminate corrupt influences and drug crimes from her daily life has been through email “characters” who wrote to the news media since 2006 and who now have their own internet newsletters and blogs. These “character” newsletters are separate for-profit enterprise sites that provide a mechanism for legal, political and accountability.

Taking a statement of conscience has resulted in severe financial hardship for many years.
To demonstrate her status as a civilian seeking self-sovereignty she has refused any corrupt monies and for the first time applied for general assistance food stamps since April 2010.
Even in this process, she found Fraud Waste and Abuse as it took almost 6 months to receive this assistance after contact with DHS in Wailuku.

Her phone message updates include facts, incidents and news items that are relevant in destroying corruption in our systems and has proposed a radio program concept with the social marketing campaign of a local news company. Her message is reflected by many others who live in Hawaii. The frustration and impotence to create prosperity, health and dignity given
what natural resources exist in perilous economic times is obviously linked to my own experience with this endemic corruption and a policy of Fraud Waste and Abuse.

She is currently posting her id on bulletin boards and making person-to-person contact with merchant groups, small business owners, property owners as a Safe Neighborhood Advocate. As a Safe Neighborhood Advocate she is creating an informal network of contacts, stakeholders and residents who recognize a need to protect our communities and advocate for our own interests against the interests of attorneys, corrupt officials and other vulture-type entities.

The past three years living and working on small, private agricultural properties has been the source of her inner strength. She has documented her experiences living in rural areas of Maui as an ongoing experiment for sustained dignity and a daily practice to build intrinsic value. Meeting those who live and work in these areas provided insight about County-level planning failures to build micro-enterprises for rural economic stability. It has also provided insight into the ongoing risks to Maui’s well-being from international and local drug terror and violence.

Yukie passed her California Real Estate exam many years ago but has never worked in the field. She is planning to obtain land/property as part of her litigation and complaint process with Maui County and the State of Hawaii for having repeatedly violated her rights as a victim and for having given preferential treatment to criminal drug defendants and to her former personal contacts who are corrupt Democrat Party insiders and profit stakeholders.

Honoring her own life needs and choices as a health services professional was supported by the flexibility of work schedules in the Bay Area at all acute care facilities. Her two 12-hour shift weekly work schedule allowed her the ability to cultivate an entire way of life outside an industry that deals with illness and disease.

It was in 1993, after returning from her work in India that Yukie began serious study in movement-based applications for healing. She took her initial workshop in “life-art process” with an instructor from Anna Halprin’s Improvisational work. The life-art process training involves learning to apply functional movement ritual and practice as a means to access an integrated response through imagery, language and emotion. This culminates into a personal “performance” piece which is shared with others who are in the same process.

Yukie had the opportunity to perform with a group of mixed dancers and artists in Anna Halprin’s Retrospective in 1995. This ritual performance in a public venue included performers who had life-threatening illness as a testimony to their experience with loss, death and dying.

In the following year, Yukie participated in Anna’s 9-month improvisation performance workshop that explored the application of developmental and functional movement as form for the evolution of human life from the depth and material foundation of inanimate life through through the instinct of animal and creature.

Study of movement for somatic practice eventually took Yukie into Contact Improvisation and modern dance techniques with other instructors in the Bay Area. In her first two years of Contact Improvisation, she had over a dozen teachers, all of whom found their own language and intent with this dance form. The strongest influence came from anarchist dancers and peformance artists who applied this highly athletic physical form into a way of embodying the natural politics of power and control into our everyday “dance” in everyday life.

With her commitment to movement studies, along with the lumps and bumps that accompany living in a deep kinesthetic awareness, Yukie wanted to find her own conceptual application of movement’s flow into the material world where information systems create and control whole collective structures of human activity, of madness, prosperity and survival. Her study of Laban’s Movement Theory brought into being an understanding that she had already known: that all of life’s intention is found in movement, both internal and expressed.


After her return to Hawaii in 1999, she found no companionship to continue her studies in movement and dance. It was like a dimly-lit desolate scene: a large abandoned parking lot with partially dismantled vehicles and dried debris blowing through the rusted metal dangling at seams.

Yukie started to teach Beginning Contact Improvisation at the UH Manoa Extension College and at the Mid-Pacific Theatre Arts Program in 2000. There were other failed improv efforts that are now barely remembered and will never be remembered by anyone in Honolulu.

She also co-taught Contact Improv at the Studio Maui in the Fall of 2004. At this time, she tries to find the daily “dance” while navigating the course to permanently eliminate from her life the corrupt influences that permeate our Information Age society.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

Looks to me like someone is looking for a free ride without
doing the work based on their own effort and merit. Familiar
scene with American political opportunism. Human dignity is
for trade and barter for the most corrupt and elite sources.

Americans see something wrong. Could it be that politicos
really think Americans and other countries are that stupid?
Political movements are made for profit engines. Real work
solving problems are never part of a major news story break.

The groups controlling the press are laughable and caught
with their pants down. The penectomy political metaphor is
making hisorians shudder and writhe in self-defense. Who
do they think they are lying so openly as though others are
really that stupid? Tell the National Security Council that
their schizophrenia is showing.

RESORTS ON MAUI AUCTIONED

Heard on the radio yesterday that beach front properties valued at over
$500 million on Maui were sold for about $50 million. This might have
been the auction of the Maui Prince and Makena Resorts in Wailea after
Maui's wowee developer Dowling and Morgan Stanley gave up trying to
build their zero-waste sustainable complex.

What does this indicate? It is an indicator of what kind of cash flow is
available to those who have vested interest in existing infrastructure.
None.

ORGANIZED CRIME LINKED TO CARBON CAPS!

The news piece about 4 organized crime figures arrested for rigging
the sale of carbon credits made news yesterday. Who knows why all
of this had to happen just to prove that capacity to produce pollution
could be sold, traded and bartered like a piece of property?

Think about that. Your country's capacity to produce industrial
waste is being monitored. Your country, according to certain agree-
ment amongst all industrialized nations, is assigned quotas for the
amount of pollution allowable. Pollution is measured in carbon
emissions that cause the destruction of the ozone leading to the
Global Warming theory about the over heating of the earth's
atmosphere leading to glacier melting with a rise in ocean levels.

Whoa. Your plastic shampoo bottle may never look the same to
you after this since plastics are evil goods that require manufacturing
processes that increase carbon pollution emissions.

So the deal with carbon emissions is that some countries were
able to reduced their pollution which left them with carbon
"credits" meaning the fell below their quota but want to sell this
to countries that have greater carbon emission levels.

This is a simplistic version, but your shampoo bottle has a story
about why military industrial spying took place in my life while I
had contact with those trying to profit from developing an industry
for energy sources that would produce less pollution. Take a guess
why the same defense contractors that profit from warfare and
news systems own all of these technologies.

Someone with an email Carra9 sent me an email this past month
expecting me to provide information to him or her about how to deal
with child abuse of a family member. I do not work for any agency
nor organization that deals with any type of child abuse/neglect or
crime nor have I suggested this in any of my writing, nor do I have
any interest whatsoever to receive emails about the Hague being a
source of complaint for alleged child abuse. I think this person may
be fraudulent or delusional.

A Portfolio of Ideas & Economic Terror

The Wall Street Journal has an ad on business internet sites about
A Portfolio of Ideas and the impact of social media networks like this
Twitter blog on the "whole" of economic behavior with systems.
The same internet source has articles about "economic terror" and
the mammoth commercial fraud problem in America.

The guy on the video is a youngish professor from San Diego who
gives the usual "having different points of reference from different
people" is valuable while having strong relationships can be both
positive and negative depending on the collective situation.

We learned that in the 8th grade cultural diversity curriculum on
a social behavioral level but never integrated completely due to the
pettiness that drives most who have enough to eat and who presume
their safety is secure or those who are truly self-destructive.

This ad was found on a humor-based business news site that has a
different kind of humor than the humor found in political satire from
New York City, the Bay Area and Los Angeles where cynicism is
used in a zig-zag manner to usurp any underlying premise that may
be assumed in the masses of hypocrisy.

That's why Republicans don't get my humor. They really don't find it
funny in the way hypocrisy and sarcasm runs most of the cash in commercial
systems where the audience has normalized that our American ideals
provide the most material for satire.

And boo-hoo, Lost television drama left Hawaii, leaving over 800 of
their employees going back to the unemployment line. What was it about
the foam imported from South Korea for fake lava rocks that made us
wonder about the inter-relatedness of an economy dependent on the
creative juices of an indifferent industry?

Commercial Facism Information Systems

Liberal commercial facists on the rise are described in a few books.
Do a simple Google search and look it up for yourself. It is a conspiracy
against those too stupid to think for themselves.

I've found an information clearinghouse recently that resembles an
online marketing research ad lift-up site. It may be possible to create
an infusion of "quality" content within unknown "human" powered
systems in advertising. This was the original idea behind my letters
Dear Monster to the press.

The name of this site is suspicious: mahalo.com. Although
there is no obvious link to Hawaii they are using a Hawaiian
word as there company name. I think they are testing the
stupidity of those who live in Hawaii.

If any person can prove that information clearhouses are part of
the sinister defense contractor military industrial plot to use the
stupidest of human kind for information sources to guide the mind
of our advertising sector, please let coffeeshopmonster know. And
if u can prove that Hawaii trafficks information from civilians who
are known victims for these systems, report this fraud to the SEC.

Commercials on television have been noticeably more intelligent
with under-stated political/cultural humor yet they haven't found
a way to present news/info sites in a popular format that informs
the lazy viewer to think a little deeper.

It's just an experiment. I've also added articles to Wikipedia under
my pen name, Fern Fitzgerald to keep my enemies confused.

Yeah, they got the dirt

Got dirt?

Maui red dirt used for dying apparel such as t-shirts and other
types of goods for tourists may be shut down in Paia, but it should
be reminder that our natural resources have always been under-
estimated. Like the sunshine, the wind etc.

Fortunately, there still is a lot of red dirt here to smear on your
t-shirt to prove that ur not afraid to get down and dirty. Those
who chose their drug to escape the truth about how our economy
and universities and government were run by defense contractor
cash flow into networks of non-profits, news media, campaign
funds, special projects, etc. for the most corrupt in our community
have no choice now they are stuck with this Obama guy.

My complaints about privacy being trafficked by "ingelligence-led"
policing information systems funded by and for Democrats here
were ignored because some Democrats like being watched while
in a place where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. And
when exposed for money laundering, they like working with the
Democrat attorneys who use commercial fraud to control any type
of prosecution.

Why didn't anyone expose these violations? Who controls the
systems of criminal justice? Who controls access to the news media?
Who uses intimidation to scare any complaintant?

Now the lunatics who tried to sell, trade and barter information
about what really happened when I contacted them for support years
ago against the interest of Democrats want to expose the whole shabang
because their policies went the way of the defense contractors. duh.

Hawaii is on the list for General Motors to pilot a hydrogen filling
station for hydrogen fueled cars. Maui has General Electric's techno-
logy to convert solar to usable electricity. These are the "blood dollar"
defense contractor companies that run the news media, profit from
weaponry. etc. Lunatics on drugs should just go to the pali.

The dirt was delivered to the laughter of those who don't need Hawaii
and Yukie since it is now profitable for them to expose abuses by Hawaii's
network of not-so-intelligence groups and to demonstrate that our
worst enemy is corruption in failed government systems.

"They" don't get it, they are too narrow

"They" have too narrow a frame of reference to understand any
of my writing in the systems of power in Hawaii. Those who may
understand, lack the language and political finesse to speak in a
manner that will force legitimate processes. Those who have a
capability to function are compromised for having chosen systems
that use them as intellectual slaves.

Too bad for them. My call to journalists today was to report on
patterns and incidents in Hawaii that will establish without any
doubt that Hawaii has intentionally demonstrated contempt for
federal policies and practices because they have profit motives
and petty personal rivalries. Since there are deficient criminal
enforcement practices to reflect checks and balances, Hawaii is
now facing a scrutiny that had become valuable to others in this
country no matter what happens to me.

My egalitarian application is based on deep beliefs that are not
unknown to others. Application in criminal justice to address the
unfairness based on class, and sometimes race, gender and other
types of minority status, has not been fully realized.

Application in the military is the obvious area where hypocrisy
is most rampant. Men and women serve in Israel a mandatory
military term. Surprise that nobody in Hawaii knows this. Men
in Western Europe serve 2 years community service or military
service up until recently.

Americans are not born equal. However, they should be endowed
with equal rights and our market economy has room for egalitarian
economic structures, but those lunatic progressives preferred to
be subsidized by liberal Dems and market Dems who have some-
thing to hide about recent war policies.

Authenticate please . . .

Those who do not have a conflict of interest can authenticate my
call to the Trafficking in Persons Hotline in Washington DC from a
payphone from a local grocery store. I've called their hotline since
2006-07 when I sought to find federal agencies with possible links
with the trafficking network from the abuses in my life in Kahului.

I saw that the government of Austria had exposed over 2000 cases
where pay-for-view child porn had taken place, with about 600 of
them by Americans. Think about that. How does this happen? It
must be in the cyber world on the internet. How does it get exposed
in such a great swoop? Someone found an agency to create a real
investigative effort without any need to cover-up.

That is why I don't work with these so-called human rights non-profit
agencies subsidized by liberal benefactors. They don't expose these
crimes frequently, do they? Why not? Who runs the human trafficking
systems? Humans. How do they do this? In broad daylight where all
behave like the world is a fine place because there is no safety for any
victim in a liberal non-profit subsidized by certain stakeholders.

Smile, ur on candid camera. Drugs, weapons, other things are also in
similar trafficking systems. Whose been hiding the truth? Those who
r paid a lot of money to hide the truth. Just like a money laundering
op paid by defense contractor or corporate interests who have reason
to keep ur private information for their eyes only.

Now that should make u feel creepy. It is creepy. It does happen. It
is happening. How to change the symbiotic profit-perverse relationship
for crimes to spill over? In cyber space, it would require an information
system like Austria, or maybe Japan. Otherwise ur beef remains in a
dungeon where know-it-all and seen-it-all types yawn, smile and think
about their revenge one day.

Public Integrity Office of the US DOJ

The Public Integrity Office of the US Department of Justice has
heard from me since 2006-07 before the suspicious death of my
father. I used his land line phone to call all local, state, federal
agencies, officials and news groups during this time.

Since phone records at his home were known to all local, state and
federal officials, they knew the distressed effort I made to contact
someone about abuse of surveillance networks on Maui.

Liar, liars are in Hawaii trying to pretend they didn't know that
the profit motive for criminal use of surveillance overwhelmed even
the usual decency of those who live in this clandestine economy. It
was likely known to those in the police department.

The Public Integrity Office of the US DOJ received a call from me
today about a criminal FBI/Security private investigator in the Bay
Area named Denver Moore. When he and I spoke from the land line
phone of my now deceased father in 2007 , I wanted to obtain the
names of the two contractors who came to my apartment in San
Francisco to check for any type of privacy violation.

Mr. Moore spoke with me for nearly 20 minutes, provided a security
number in Florida with a 239 area code and said he would receive any
info to confirm abuse of surveillance networks in San Francisco. A few
days later, when I called, he screamed maniacally saying I had caused
him and his family the loss of his business, gave the number of the
business that had bought him out, and called me a "cunt" used the "f"
word repeatedly while I calmly repeated my message that he is the
one who requested information.

When I called the number and business he provided, the person
who answered the phone had a Chinese accent and had no idea what
I requested when I asked for the person who knew Denver Moore.

I called all three of his numbers a few times within about 1/2 hour
and he responded in the same manner like a deranged, murderous
drug addict. He was reported for this abuse back in 2007.

The Public Integrity Office of the US DOJ investigates the procedures
of DOJ officials and employees. They may not be directly involved in
abuse by private FBI/Security contractors, but they know how to deal
with male-type aggression behavior when they are caught red-handed
doing the naughty thing.

Denver Moore lost his mojo. He deserved what he got. He thought
that Sam the chocolate granola guy would never make it to Gang
Intelligence of the Department of Homeland Security testimonial.

The "F" class group that got stuck in organized crime surveillance
networks did not want to leave their dungeon. They feel that the
Museum idea is not their cup of tea.

In the Beginning . . .

When I first realized that my privacy was being trafficked to others,
I couldn't figure out why anyone would do such a thing. I live such a
boring life and turned down every stinky money offer that came my
way as a small business person in Honolulu.

My friends were ordinary. I did very little to provoke anyone who
had interest in my proprietary intellectual property. I was even told
that my research and independent program development had no value
because profit lies in the surface of information and knowledge. The
person who told me this is Dennis Wong, a former investor with the
Bishop Estate at the Panda Lounge.

I moved to the North Shore of Oahu to a cottage on the property of
a couple who advertised in the paper. I thought that living in a rural
area and returning to work as an RN might be the best idea since I
had no idea why my privacy was being trafficked.

This is where I resided until 2002 after I was falsely linked to Native
Hawaiian sovereignty in the Honolulu Advertiser. I don't use drugs,
I don't break the law, I don't do anything controversial said I to every
attorney with whom I met to inquire about why I was being followed.

I drove a humble Nissan Sentra sedan from Hauula to Honolulu a few
times a week doing independent contracting in health care. I got a
job at the Emergency Room in Kahuku, worked at Laie Elementary
School as a school nurse with fragile children, and wrote on my home
computer about this and that.

Hauula is close to Kaaawa. Get it? There is a stinky wire there. Now
after almost 9 years, I am the biggest advocate of the internet. All I
know about everything is based on my own internet research with a
simple Google search engine. See, America is a great place.

All we need now is to control the profits from how military intelligence
wire systems use access to civilians who were used for the stupidest
of contractors who get paid from that black budget. No racism implied.

Schizophrenics on Maui Farmlands

Lunatic schizo's are useful for a totalitarian society where corrupt
criminal justice stakeholders cut deals with corrupt attorneys who
cut deals with residents to openly traffiic drugs, engage in welfare
fraud and other illicit activities.

It is the life blood of an inferior system of intelligence that finds
schizos the most useful propagator in a corrupt community that has
been weakened by endemic cynicism and cowardice.

Human imperfection is not the same as schizophrenic behavior in
those who find Maui a safe haven with drug trafficking networks
who have no other means to get information about who, when and
where enterprise takes place.

Darwiinian Felon Loser #4

Dr. Porn Star from Haiku, who tried and tried and tried to get
satisfaction when his zyprexia was filled with cialis, was indeed
a mediocre fellow with a mediocre mind and a mediocre zest
for life, so to speak.

Everybody "knows" Dr. Porn Star from Haiku did his Texan
exaggerated hero routine after he lied and lied and lied first to
himself and next to everyone else like most mediocre minds.
Mediocre not referring to IQ, of course, rather the capability
to integrate information, impulse and subconscious material
with upper cerebral rational thought.

Everyone knows that on Maui we were segregated when I
attended public schools in the 60's and 70's by our "aptitude"
in language and mathematics. I was in the A class and those
who had "whole" brain non-linear thinking were in the D class
even if they had capabilities that could be considered integra-
tive instead of the usual skills that force you to sit in chair to
learn for 6 hours/daily from text books.

Now they're placed in a category from "learning disability" Dept.
of Education policies so that federal monies can be accessed for
"learning disabilities" for the state Dept of Ed budget. There is
even a category for students who are "pathological liars". During
my days, "pathological liars" were placed in the F class with those
who have no aptitude for functional math and language.

Cultural traits that direct students to "lie" are sometimes traits
that demonstrate an ingrained sense to please a person whom they
see as above them in authority or social status. It is like what is
described to have happened in intelligence networks. They say
whatever they think someone wants to hear. They are not embued
with American values of truth. law and reason.

Those who have parents with funds go to Waldorf and Montessori
Schools without a lable of disease and are called "gifted" children
who needed to find their suitable role and function in society.

Refinement usually refers to upper cerebral sensibilities that are
developed in conditions where entitlement and privilege are a
given. Survival modes or endemic stress from living in a state of
non-entitlement tests the "character" factor.

Take a look at how others respond when under endemic stress
and survival conditions especially in the upper classes and you
will understand that "mediocre" refers not only to the mind
that is lacking in synthesis and analytical capabilities.

mate at 1970 Liko Street in 2004-05: here-to-forth known as the
former Maui County Democratic Chair apple dumpling State Whore
Katherine Keith. All 120 pounds and 4 foot 9 inches tall.

Everybody "knows" State Whore Katherine Keith. For the idiots
who read this but do not understand the differences in our multi-
level private sector commercial whoredom partisan drug-laden
society, State Whore Katherine Keith represented the link to the
most corrupt local, state, federal, commercial/industrial/academic
civic sector groups.

Whoa. And yes, she thinks she is above the law since all of her
corrupt Democrat contacts behave in the same manner. She has
convinced others that her wimpering vulnerability when caught
with her pants down is a sign that they have control even when
their IQ is one third of hers.

Speaking of her academic background as a biologist with the
University of Chicago, I read that the UofC had a serious out-
break of the swine flu just like the outbreak at the Mexican site
where french pharmaceutical Sanofi Aventi announced the same
when Prezy Obama was visiting Mexico City last year.

Now that Sanofi Aventi pharmaceutical has the vaccine that is
practically stockpiled to prevent swine flu, the outbreak worked
to their advantage. Such is the politics of communicable diseases
in multi-national corporations where bio terror leads to a rush
for research to produce a vaccine that is mandated.

While more die of diarrhea and malnourishment in this country
as well as in the rest of the world these days we are pleased that
Associated Press has been releasing articles about researchers
who promote less smoking, less alcohol, more physical exercise
and eating a balanced diet.

Today, NPR's commercial whoredom had a piece with another
UofC Professor doing research suggesting that more exercise
may help your brain function though they could not prove it was
the case in all instances. Whoa.

State Whore Ketherine Keith's contribution to the Democrats of
Hawaii nei will be proven to be likewise: full of the obvious and
stinking with commerical/industrial conflicts of interests.

State Whore Katherine Keith's effort to cover-up violations and
crimes at 1970 Liko Street by slandering my reputation, lying to
those who show preferential treatment for Democrats in terror
crimes, smiling and nodding to the civic sector Dems while laugh-
ing with her commercial contacts behind their backs, having no
conviction nor principle in the name of protecting the Democratic
Party just like most Democrats, using her attorney sister in Texas
to leak information about locals who thought she was the best whore
they had ever found for their criminal money laundering commercial
drug fraud operation, and making herself accessible to criminal
defense attorneys who prefer the profits of working a corrupt system
than victims who can prove their case without attorneys, like me.

State Whore Katherine Keith is the best whorehouse in Texas
for those who knew she would bring down the entire commercial
industrial complex for Democrat stakeholders just by being her
wonderful apple dumping quivering self. Republicans have her
in their Hall of Fame as the one caught lying repeatedly only to
be allowed to continue because she had such an ability to use the
criminal justice system's preference for white collar criminals.

AKAKU public access channel has her sitting next to her corrupt
husband, here-to-forth known as Rep. Gil Agaran when he was
appointed by Governor Lingle and the State Democrat Party to
fill the House seat for dead Rep. Bob Nakassone in early 2009. It
was the 50th anniversary celebration of Hawaii's Statehood.

My complaint about this appointment by Lingle and the Dems
was sent per fax from Kinkos accompanies with calls to both the
Senate and House in the State of Hawaii. These faxes included
handwritten notes and emails to attorneys about my complaint
that Agaran and his spouse had intentionally impeded a formal
investigation of drug, privacy crimes when we all lived in Wailuku
in a rental that had been a crack cocaine bust site.

Yeah, I got the letter from Rep. Calvin Say lying about this issue
saying that my complaints were not his concern. See what his
colleague Agaran said on record about this

She is also on the front page of the Maui News walking through
New Hampshire snow for our Prezy Obama's caucus campaign
efforts. Ask his campaign team. They heard from Maui about
his best little Texas whorehouse trying to get on his administra-
tion transition team with her Chicago contacts. haha.

Hawaii believes they can write their own rules outside of our own
Constitution when they have control of all information and wire
systems. Hah! Ask Ian Fleming in Kaaawa if he knows why all
Haiku Marketplace wi-fi was going through his humble town on
the North Shore of Oahu last month.

A Theme of Evolving Identity

Defining my experience of having practically wasted the best
adult years of my life being harassed, maligned, targeted and
abused by status quo systems of power that denied me the
right to self-autonomy, belief and personal happiness involves
seeing myself in context of America's evolving identity.

Growing up American of Japanese descent in Hawaii in the
60's and 70's left a deep imprint that most of America was not
accessible to me. Or if it were accessible, severe limitations
would be present due to race and class barriers. How and
where to participate on any and all levels included only a few
places on the West Coast and possibly urban areas in other
parts of America.

A personal acquaintance of mine who grew up white in a poor
black neighborhood in California for part of her life made note
of how people in Hawaii refer to the continental United States
as "the Mainland". She was amazed that even in our use of
language we separated ourselves in Hawaii from the rest of
America's land mass.

I know Texans who feel that California ain't accessible to them
either, nor is any part of Massachusetts. Belonging in America
is elusive for more than the dividing issues of regionalism, race
and class. It could be that a larger dialogue is missing from our
leaders and institutions.

No, now is not the time to make reference to Joseph Campbell
and his series of lectures about the absence of a common myth
in America. My point about my own experience is to say that
it was in the context of being amongst "my own type" of people
that the worst abuses took place in Hawaii.

Abuse of power in my case defies the notion that all those of
Japanese American descent stand together for their own sake.
Likewise with blacks in Obama's case.

In today's Information Age borderless reality, America's own
might in terms of economic/military domination is questioned.
America is being defined by Information systems. 9-11 was
an attack on America as a result of our information systems
having failed to serve its purpose to some degree.

As a victim of the Information Age, where wire terror, stalking
and surveillance systems served to violate and destroy rather
than serve the purpose of the public, I can prove that there is
a way that Information systems have served my purpose of
making my messages,beliefs and identity known.

My story is both personal and political, relevant to this time
of evolving identity for this country. It was and is a symptom
of a larger problem, a symptom of the evolution of Hawaii's
systems. Humans matter in the Information Age, yet human
needs have been neglected because more information has not
provided the means for more dialogue about a deep primary
need for national belonging.

How I've made it through the ordeal of choosing a stance of
conscience against many of my former personal acquaintances,
against historical and cultural relations, and against most of
we know as class privilege bias will define my identity as an
American.

I feel closer to being American for having participated, not
less American. I reject the failure of leaders and officials in
defense of what I know is possible in my situation.

My need to find like-minded souls is greater than my need
to find those who share the same blood and ethnic lineage. In
this respect, I am apart from those who believe it is necessary
to build race-based political movements.

No, I don't need to go to Japan to find my roots. No, I don't
need to correct every inequity because I am constantly taken
as an adversary to the American auto industry or as those who
ran Hawaii's sinister system of exclusivity. I am not them,
yet it is necessary to declare my story a means for furthering
the dialogue of who "Americans" are in today's world.

Living in America in 2010

I've told a number of personal contacts that when I decided
not to license myself as a Registered Nurse in 2006 I didn't
expect that working and living on small ag farms would carry
as much risk.

When we consider the operational activities in any health care
facility that delivers services, it is assumed that professional
roles are clearly defined with a stated hierarchy of power. All
those with direct contact with a patient holds a responsibility.
Quality of care depends on the intention, skill and integrity of
all those at the front-line of care.

It is the same with farming, cultivating food and any type of
land management. If soil can be seen as a "living" entity that
provides the means for food production, think of all the risks
in working with this soil in a rural area. Mother Nature has her
moods swings they say, but it really is the human contact on
any property that determines the outcome.

I wonder why I didn't have this experience sooner in life as if
cultivating food were as important at math and language. I also
wonder why in a place like Maui, old time farmers who are weary
to even think that this question needs to be answered in 2010
are not supported and revered.

The level of contempt I've experienced in America given my
choices to live in alignment with the knowledge provided in our
free society is something that I have normalized. Gender and
race issues determined how I chose to navigate what I perceived
to be certain realities of America's power. Contempt is a given,
however, this is 2010. I intend to leave my stamp of experience
on American history as a participant, risks and all.

Being atheist, I frequently have to over-qualify the evolution of
my spiritual questioning as an adult. One story I frequently tell
involves the period during which I spent time as a youth in a
bible study group at Protestant church for a few years.

Even in the 8th grade, my cynicism led me to question the adults
who attended this church. Our bible school leader spoke of some
concepts that had not been part of my upbringing: omniscience
and omnipotence. I remember thinking then that if I could just
grasp these beliefs, I would not have any problems in life. With
these beliefs I would be able to transcend any circumstance.

None of the adults in this setting seemed to exude a deep grasp of
omniscience nor omnipotence. Our other bible school teacher and
his girlfriend ended up getting pregnant while dating. This was a
direct contradiction to the instructions we received to remain chaste
until marriage in our sessions. This imperfect application of our lessons
was humorous to me and my boyfriend at the time. Double standards
were imprinted even then.

I decided that I could not believe that what they preached applied
to my life. It was clear that everyday reality had nothing to do
with any of the sermons and lessons that were taught to us. It
wasn't until my early adulthood that I came to grasp the universal
metaphor. Until then, I remained puzzled over why there was no
application of the concepts taught to us in bible sessions.

It isn't different now as a participating adult in America. Principles
of decency, valor and honor do not seem to apply in most of the
highest institutions. The problem is a human problem, but it is
also a problem of the news feeds using informal mental conditioning
through advertising. I am certain the problem can be solved. This
is the only way to engage the American population into forcing those
in power to conduct themselves to a higher standard.

Obviously, someone doesn't want the problem to be solved, or
they are too stupid to solve the problem themselves.

Pan Fried Venison with Carmelized Garlic

I recently found out that once venison is thawed from your
freezer, it must be cooked asap to avoid a horrible odor from
the liquid blood. This realization led me to marinate this
portion in vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce overnight.

Before pan frying, I added some bicarb to deodorize pieces
of venison. Using high heat, the venison was pan fried with
garlic oil from fresh garlic capsules. For even more garlic
appeal, it is also possible to roast a whole garlic bulb until
gooey in the oven.

Venison pan fried on high heat with garlic oil eventually
leads to a carmelized paste after quite a bit of bubbling in
a regular stainless steel pan. Salt can be added before the
marinating process or after frying.

A chef friend mentioned that citrus juice, such as orange is
another option for this carmelizing process.

Politics of Subsistence Living

After leaving health and social services as a means for gainful
income in 2006, Yukie Yamada lived and worked in rural areas

Growing food is not as easy as it seems. In Hawaii, many grew up with fruit trees and a
few vegetable favorites in their yards, but cultivation of sustainable, quality food is a very
tiresome, burdensome and often times harrowing activity due to competitive stakeholders
in the corporate mono-food industry of Hawaii.

The only thing to say about Hawaii's dying sugar industry, is that they did achieve a small
margin of sustainability all by their lonesome by using fermented cane for bagasse energy.

diet programs. Soon compulsive eating, drinking, smoking, fucking and all
other acts of self-destruction will be profitable for a few patented drugs with
a few pharmaceuticals. Oh, excuse the language.

Fern has never had problems with addiction. Many of her compadres have
no problems with addiction despite the weight of responsibility for many lives,
despite their own trauma and loss and despite all unfairness found in society.
The wah-wah's of society want you to know that their problems are worse
and more important than anyone else's. Yeah, right.

Healing is a subjective process. I say dignity is the only means to healing in
modern society where constitutional rights have provided us the means to
explore the ineffabable and the unknown. Dignity lies in acknowledgment of
truth about who we are, what we do and how others are impacted by this on
a daily level when we are in a position of power. How can anyone live while
undermining the dignity of others? Well, it's about character, ain't it?

Fern wants you to know that those who have known her and obsessed about
her are those who never asked enough questions about who she is, how she
lived, never took the time to find out in a process that acknowledged that she
has her own journey, her own priorities, her own needs and her own right to
say "no" anytime, to anyone under any circumstances in defense of her dignity.

If you must know, Yukie Yamada has worked as professional and volunteer
for many years with at-risk populations. She has concluded that this job should
be done by others after her work with violence facilitation, diversity and diversity/
workplace productivity training, applied movement education, HIV prevention
training, women's health education and critical care nursing.

She has refused to license herself in the State of Hawaii since 2006 after having
documented and verified fraud, waste and abuse in all practicing areas for a
number or years as an employee and independent contractor. Your hair would
stand on end knowing how blatant and prevalent these activities are in Hawaii.

As for working with those prone to narrow diagnosis, she worked a few months
with male junvenile sex offenders in a certifiable program that integrated 5 different
models in dealing with reducing sexual violence. It is claimed that while most inmates
continue in criminal activities, they do not return to sexual violence. This model is
the taxpayer's option to a very expensive incarceration and recidivism.

Those who qualified filled a specific profile that included drug addiction, learning
disabilities, sexual offender status, and other types of indicators used by program
managers to find the most specific and tailored treatment for this group.

On a daily level, male participants who lived in a partial incarceration setting, were
required to ask verbal permission with any request to any staff such as getting a
drink of water, walking from one room to another, going to the bathroom and when
they wanted to approach the desk area for information. They had individual and
group sessions that articulated the specific means of committing sexual violence
as a predator. For example, "I used deception, manipulation, coercion and group
pressure" to force my victim "so-and-so" into sexual activity.

This repeated formula was matched with thinking process exercises that taught
them to identify when they felt bodily or emotionally at stress,with written and
documented progress of their personal awareness. They also made taped state-
ments of deviant sexual fantasy accompanied by breaking ammonia vials open on
their own to de-condition themselves. This two-year program was contradictory
in nearby suburban neighborhoods, as you can imagine.

I left this position after 3 months with a hand-written statement to the manager
about incidents that indicated risk and the potential for a break-out. The capacity
for 10 males included a multi-level administration staff with all forms of counseling
and included a special education instructor for half-day school courses. The daily
staff on the weekends included a nurse site manager and only two large male mental
health technicians who worked about 80 hours/week at two jobs to sustain a livable
salary for their families. It is a very expensive program justified because the prisons
in Hawaii are so full that inmates are being "boarded" in Mainland prison industrial
complex facilities.

Yukie has interest in working with plants and information with animals as friends
in the future. Her work in holding officials accountable for corruption is her favorite
activity these days after having been victimized by systems who do not value the
service and commitment of those who do the most important jobs to maintain the
collective spirit and safety of our drug-laden communities.

Yukie sent a series of comprehensive complaints to the Government Accountability
Fraud Office regarding such practices, including her own experiences with criminal
abuse in health systems, since 2007. The GAO Fraud Office likely knows that Hawaii's
HUD Office is already being investigated for insider trading for their "secret little" grant
network. Their DHS, DOH and DOE Offices have been under scrutiny for their Consumer
Directed Personal Programs for severe, pervasive abuses and violations, including violations
against service providers who went over and beyond to report risks, threats and crimes.

Dear Monster,

Recently, I found an old acquaintance on liveleak.com internet news site. He and I
both worked as Critical Care Nurses at Mt. Zion in San Francisco while taking leave
from the country to travel. His mountain climbing of Everest and other peaks left
him wanting to live and work in a rural place in Afghanistan.

After he became famous for having written a book about the decade he spent in a
rural area near Warizstan, I saw him on various cable news programs trying to build
support for certain types of humanitarian development.

I wondered out loud if this type of publicity actually causes more harm than good
for those he served. Frequently, there is an exoticizing of foreign efforts for children
even if those efforts are well-conceived. I wondered also if he had experienced some
type of pressure to create public relations statements based on those who provided
him this profit-making opportunity.

News systems, in particular those that exoticize foreign cultures and peoples can
be one of the worst types of exploitation known in modern culture. Think about the
impact of a hurried and opportunistic venture to influence the hearts and minds of
a completely different nation that is seeped in its own conflicts of tradition.

I would not want any liveleak.com broadcast on any activity deemed to be for the
sake of humanity given what we know to be profit interests in news media, however,
in a case where war conflicts are being actualized without real coverage by the main-
stream press, maybe his example led to saving lives. It's difficult to know really.

Voyeurism is not human nature. It is a perverse form of control for those who see
that others are without their own presence in modernity. This perversity may be
the root of why the prevalence of surveillance equipment/technology in the public
is more like a gambling enterprise in that it inspires the worst of human nature.

Self sovereignty in healing

Recent developments exposing the closely knit collusion between those in proximity
to daily activities with so-called not-so-intelligence surveillance networks impact the
ability for me to live a life of privacy and independence. Intense curiosity by those
who presume that they are in control of action mechanisms with wire terror and fraud
are now confronting their own vulnerabilities. My experience is a symptom of a larger
problem of societal denial and government ineptitude.

It is likely that questions about my own regenerative and healing process are being
asked. With sustained trauma and violence, including psychological violence, my frame
of reference is absolutely based on an engrained sense of living in country where law
and reason with guaranteed rights. In this context, being female of Japanese American
descent determines that my process of healing is directly linked to assuming personal,
institutional and financial power. Exacting a process of justice has been, and still is the
only priority I hold as necessary for this healing.

Political blood lust and thirst fuel my perspective when dealing with larger system
failures and corruption. Some quickly define my healing process through their own
limited generational viewpoint of a female experience being violated by male-based
institutional practices and unspoken mores. They consider that my healing must entail
finding "true romantic" affiliation as in a Western-type B-movie happy ending. They
diminish my role as a being fully equipped to participate in systems of power without
the exaggerated male hero figure who is often frustrated with his own disempowerment.

While contempt for female experience in Hawaii is found on all institutional levels,
on a social level, I have not had problems with men except for those with a deep
addictive process. Most men recognize when a female will not tolerate abuse and
violence.

Class-based contempt is different from gender-based contempt. The issue of class
is one of the most clandestine forms of subjugation as exemplified in my situation
with those of the white-collar professional groups, such as attorneys, physicians
and academics. They, of course, presume their knowledge is with a greater under-
standing of any political and personal situation.

Any expressed anger in my case is justified and expected on my part. My outrage
is part of the emotional fuel that allows me to appropriately channel my anger toward
those who are directly responsible for abuses and deprivation. Misuse of power and
anger is found frequently with those who believe they are above the law. They are
wrong in my case and they are identifiable.

Curiosity about the loves and losses of my life is probably the source of extrapolated
legend-making idiots who want to define my experience in terms of a movie script
when, in fact, the stakes are so terribly high that any attempt to diminish this experience
to some type of commercially viable profit-making project while justice has not been
served is likely to come crashing down in real life. Take that as a promise.

Phantom limbs, phantom souls

A few days ago, I spent some time chatting with a client who needed some
bodywork for wellness maintenance. Our conversation meandered into a
discussion about how one's frame of reference limits one's understanding.
An example that we discussed was the tendency for projecting one's own
paradigm of thought, belief and meaning onto someone else who may be
operating with a completely different paradigm of experience.

Not having first-hand knowledge of anything does not preclude the real
possibility that that reality exists. Those with limited real-life experience
in application of thoughts, beliefs and meaning generally carry abstraction
as their frame of reference. Those with limited conceptual development
generally carry only their experience as their reality. This could lead to
9-11 type catastrophic psychological and spiritual conditions for many.

Being atheist with a practice finding sacred moments of trust by living in
the present, does not preclude appreciation of having solid business plan
for creating of enterprise, nor does it preclude using hostile legal tactics to
exact my statement of conscience with the sinister approaches of attorneys
and those who consider themselves privy to "special" knowledge. Being
atheist does not mean I cannot consider the sacred practice of religions
founded in the belief of a single deity for centuries. It does not mean that
I want to coerce, project and define the reality of esoteric afficionados.

When a multi-dimensional life experience is found, where multiple aspects
of our being, physical, intellectual, psychological, spiritual , are applied in
real world political, economic, social and cultural, forcing a single frame of
reference onto others for domination usually results in a dynamic where
power issues must be articulated through an institutional framework to
address inequity or compete for dominance.

Power and control issues underlie all interactions between humans, groups
and systems. Without at least tacit acknowledgment of this there can be
no point of engagement to discuss an incorrect underlying premise about
rights and expectations. Take a look at all human discourse. All those who
are waging an internalized personal battle to achieve what they believe is
theirs, have an underlying assumption about those with whom they co-habit.

Watching any destabilized human system is where we can find the gaps of
self-awareness about the need for power and control. When one loses one's
limb due to amputation, there is the syndrome known as "phantom limb"
syndrome. This syndrome results in the person still having a sensation that
this limb exists on a kinesthetic level. Like losing a deeply loved person, or
a deeply loved principle. The shock does not allow the nervous system to
take in this awareness immediately.

Likewise, when one has lost one's sense of self-dignity, it is like watching the
towers of 9-11 implode leaving a vast empty space where the soul once lived,
thrived and pleasured. Phantom limbs and phantom souls should provide the
meditation need for those living a self-imposed nightmare of denial of what
they really need to be whole.
