ocean. It is reportedly a remnant of Japan's March 10, 2011 tsunami and

earthquake near their Fukushima nuclear plant that irradiated over 60%

of children in vicinity. Cow's milk on the Big Island reported an increase

of radiation two weeks after the quake.

Who dares report on this story from USGS seismologists ranks? Over

300 aftershocks reported within the first week after the nuclear plant in

Fukushima leaked "levels above" the standard limits of radiation. No, I

do not report on news. I report on news reporting patterns.

Tell Pearl Harbor that over a hundred tons of trash is expected to drift

into the Hawaiian Islands coastlines causing harm to fish and wildlife in

the Pacific Islands. What to do? What to say? Whose is control of this

mess, anyway?

Celebrations amidst congested wire chaos terror and hacking.

According to CEO of Facebook, "hacking culture" is primarily

defined by "meritocratic" motives. Criminal hacking carries

another more sinister motive: to disrupt and cause damage to

the trust our public has in our institutions/systems.

Wild Fern is now known as aka Fern. She placed a request for

contact to offer a party drink concept: pre-mixed Gin Martini

Drink w/Pomegranate juice. An edible thought passed through

her enterprising mind as she transitions from egalitarian writing

to one of deserved abundance.

Per chance an edible of pomegranate immersed oats or grain

dipped in unsweetened chocolate served in bite-sized dumplings.

Pomegranate molasses for braised lamb cubes served on the

side with other beverage specialties for niche events serving the

community for safe, reliable mobile and electronic transactions.

Lamb or venison, both are acceptable. No tortured veal for the

meal, guys. That was an idea born in moments of unspoken and

unheard conversation. Brief and joyous lamb schwarma cubes

with pomegranate braised sauce should be fine.

I patted down ground buffalo recently with Volcano Pepper and

Lemon Garlic Peppercorn sprinklings then pan-fried with garlic

herb butter in a cast iron pan. Just as tasty as using hamburger

from locally-raised beef. Add goat cheese and eat without starch

fillers or lay freshly cooked on a plate of tabouli.

Wild Fern has not worked on her recipes for a couple of years.

Her recipe idea, born while living and working on a farm where

no one really left the property for any reason, included sample

conversation themes for the intellectually curious or inert.

Now it's clear. Nobody really knows who YOU are, Monster.

They thought you were the slimey dirty rotten bastards who

For those who have inquiring minds, don't think too hard in

today's climate of ignorance. Reports show that the State of

Hawaii's literacy programs were ranked 49th for quality and

rejected for federal funds. The program was started some-

time with galore of federal monies in 2002-03 by our own

then-Lt. Governor, nor Congressmember Hirono.

Glad to say that Yukie has always and will always claim that

all her efforts and contacts with State agencies included the

statement that reverse discrimination is likely a legitimate

claim by those who live in the Dept of Ed and Health system

of totalitarian mediocrity.

Proud to say that Yukie was rejected by this totalitarian and

inhumane complex of industrial government mind control.

FEDS: TRAFFICKING PERSONS 6 HAWAII FARMS

This past week radio, television and print media news wrote about the massive federal

case about slave labor involuntary servitude on 6 large Hawaii farms. Implicated in this

case are Maui Land and Pine, Monte Fresh, Captain Cook Coffees. Thai workers were

placed through a Santa Monica employment company for farm labor but were not given

legal Visas for employment and residence since 2007.

My own calls to the Trafficking in Persons Hotline in Washington DC started in 2006.

This toll-free line receives information about related incidents of human trafficking that

includes foreign sex workers. My own calls included information about the criminal use

of drug enforcement information systems for trafficking of privacy from those who are

not involved with criminal activities. Recent articles on the internet describe transnational

information systems that are linked to organized crime profit with human trafficking,

illegal drug trade, weapons trafficking, etc.

Now that the FEDS are here in Hawaii looking into all systems for patterns that allowed

such massive abuse of labor and service providers within a fraudulent economic base,

even attorneys, advocacy non-profits and recreational drug users are feeling the heat.

After all, we are all connected, aren't we, in society and in cosmic reality?

My calls to press groups included calls to AP real estate journalists who wrote about

the use of Facebook social media internet sites for trafficking patterns and financial

crimes. Los Angeles Times wrote about these Santa Monica and Beverly Hills employ-

ment companies that trafficked illegal Thai laborers. My call to KHNL today resulted in

a "huh?" response by the person answering the phone, like the story was nothing more

than a passing thing for them in local tv news.

Special interest liberal lunatics want us to think about the "human" tragedy of such

impoverished countries being exploited by their own government. They don't want to

admit it is an ENFORCEMENT issue linked to illegal drugs in a deeply hypocritical legal

system that allows the illegal drug trade to operate like a system of privilege for some

and a dungeon for others who continue destruction in the lives of those in proximity

like the world owes them.

The Maui News article and recent reports by radio news did not emphasize that even

real estate groups are being scrutinized for their role in creating corrupt courts here.

While there is hearsay that Mayor Arakawa is dining in the private residence today of

the former Publisher of Maui Weekly in LaPerouse, Joe Sugarman, we want the gourmet

Mayor to know that Maui's "farm" development projects in Peahi and upcountry Maui

are being watched for patterns of endemic drug crimes.

No, Yukie Will Not Initiate Contact with Maui County

Dear Monster,

My first storefront with a direct sales "product" line went up on

March 25, 2011. I shared this via text messaging with a handful of

known personal associates who heard from me in person about my

plans to start a live/office space for online businesses could offer

opportunities for cash flow with legitimate companies. Several

days later, I found that my "storefront" with my name and phone

number was linked to someone else's storefront. The name was of

a Hawaiian male person whom I never met nor heard of.

Being that I have lived in financial hardship while a victim of wire

fraud/stalking for over 9 years, this incident alerted me that Hawaii

is not a safe place for online businesses. Although some live here,

many register their businesses, especially their online businesses

in states where there are adequate protection and assistance for any

entrepreneurial activity for internet use.

My calls to this company, Congress members, and the Inspector

General of the Small Business Association stated my intention to

only register my businesses in states where there is demonstrated

compliance with existing laws to protect wire fraud victims. Any

and all stimulus monies should take into account ongoing failure

to document and be accountable for cyber-crimes, wire fraud and

in my case, commercial fraud that obstructs timely prosecution

of such crimes that destroy whole lives.

I finally made a decision. My Facebook page is an original example

of how a civilian like me survived the age of wire terror, corruption

and policy failures. With Flare Network having acknowledged my

Twitter news feed and newsletters since May 2010, my Facebook

page under Yukie Karen Yamada has been acknowledged by regional

news station, our "fave", Kvvu Fox5 Las Vegas and Meet the Press.

How did she get this type of "presence" on her personal Facebook

account without the evil strings of a professional media relations

and publications company sticking their fingers in all places first?

Well, that is the story for our "fave" social media network founders

with Facebook and Twitter being that they are mostly geeky young

fellows who know what they know. Now they know more.

Facebook founder Zuckerburg even made it on the front cover of

Person of the Year for the evil empire Time Magazine dripping with

well-practiced fingers forcing sovereign souls into their dungeon

of grime and slime information/advertising commercial network.

Got Their Attention, Didn't We?

Malicious abuse of power and the collusion of profit stakeholders
between news media, corrupt intel/information systems, weak and
cowardly officials with poorly articulated anti-terror policies and
information systems.

That's about what is happening. All do-able for others.

No Free Ride for Maui County

My outrage was expressed once as: Hawaii gets 90% of nothing. This is

the language used by hard ball finance "players" who determine who wins

and who receives in the world of business. "Do you want 1% of something

or do you want 100% of nothing?" they ask potential business owners.

Hawaii gets 90% of nothing. "They" had 90% of everything 10 years

ago with Japanese Americans controlling most of that 90%. haha. "They"

did not like my honesty in confidential quarters that they would not and

could not sustain what the state represented in terms of human worth.

"They" did not like that I felt the freedom to say this to their own allies in

confidential quarters. Look at them now. 90% of nothing. hah!

All the better. The malicious abuse of power and collusion of silence is

like what other minorities experience in the USA. They are not supposed

to force all JA's into a corrupt system that denies them their own sense

of humanity even if there were a few that did not see that is an evil.

Now Senator Akaka, at age 86, says that he is going to resign. Well. The

rest of the country was wondering why the voters continued to vote in this

Democrat relic. Have you ever seen him speak in front of the full Senate?

He does not exist in the same reality. He wants to extend his "warmest

aloha" to all his colleagues constantly while he represents one of the few

surviving diluted "native" groups in the world.

He is resigning with other Senators like Lieberman from Conneticut,

Bailey from Texas, Kyl from Arizona and others. Now even our Lt Governor

is on the list to run for this well-pensioned seat in Hawaii. Read this article

in the Washington Post yesterday about this issue. They call Obama our

Prezy the "native" son of Hawaii because he was born in Indonesia but grew

up and went to school in Hawaii. Chris Cillizza is the journalist, should u

want to know.

Well, the birth certificates are contradictory about Prez Obama's birth

place. You know US law says that if you are born outside the US, you cannot

run for President. This issue was raised until our own Governor Abercrombie

somehow found the birth certificate himself that proved that Obama was,

in fact, born on Oahu. whoa. Our Governor looks shorter now, doesn't he?

Akaka's staff in Honolulu knows I got their number after they stopped in

their effort to address my complaints because it they got "information" to

say that my complaints about wire fraud/stalking/identity fraud were not

really going on at all. In fact, the liked my midget former housemate, the

former Maui County Democratic Chair, much better than an independent

truth teller like me.

Go read it in the press Akaka. You and your Akaka Bill looking for trillions

in federal tax payer dollars for "natives" are going to make international

headline news as the way to get a free ride through Fraud Waste and Abuse.

After all these years, they create a "legend" about my deprivation, like I

somehow CHOSE to do it for others. I had no choice with the level of

stoopidity and cowardice here in Hawaii. Imagine if everyone left a trail

of documentation through the years just like I did based on what could

be considered my own experience of substantiated events?

Recently, I spoke with an acquaintance about the reality of my life

as an American female of third-fourth generation descent during this

historical period. My experience as a terror crime survivor makes

it necessary to see my life circumstances as part of a larger whole

in terms of political/social currents.

Some ask why I didn't "cash-out" sooner for financial security with

the established corrupt systems who saw it as a means to reduce loss

for themselves after a trail of proof was left behind years ago. Facts

about wire fraud/stalking will be known through channels, both in

Congress and enforcement, with the testimony of those who know

operational realities of surveillance dual-technology and information

systems with organized crime links. Yes, the news media had a primary

profit role in escalating damage to my life and privacy.

Given my understanding of larger political processes as an adult, I

still saw my life as an extension of the American immigrant labor

experience: a few generations of agricultural labor existence led to

a more participatory role in a government and economy in Hawaii.

This led to our dilemma of reverse discrimination in Hawaii while

those who left Hawaii continue to live with remnants of unspoken

class/race/gender barriers in most of America.

Maui was asleepy and decent town of happy yet dissatisfied, simple

masses who lived amongst the land owning/corporate structure when

I grew up here. Class and merit-based segregation is part of this

community, whether or not others want to admit this reality.

It was important to carve my place in history during this period of

America's transition from its superpower status while a debtor nation

and dependent on cash reserves from China, Middle Eastern billionaires

and even Russia. The news media wants us to forget these facts. I

don't delve into the world of finance/commerce for a reason.

Freeing my spirit and soul while being treated with tacit contempt

from my own country requires that my victim history is treated as a

symptom of a larger problem. After all, my problems started a month

before September 11, 2001 when I was falsely linked to a Native

Hawaiian sovereignty group in my published letter to the editor in

the Advertiser. It had been my third published letter in their paper

during a month's period. After my complaint about this mistake, I

then received an overt business offer by a former investor from the

Bishop Estate based on my contact with the Advertiser.

Trying to remain financially stable at this point relies on those who

see my situation as part of Hawaii's evolution for better and worse

even though I do not plan to reside permanently in Hawaii. In the

digital economy my physical presence is not required to have vested

interest on the island.

Seeking paid work, sponsors for office infrastructure, sponsors for

living here while legal processes are built for my safety and privacy

from parasite slime groups will depend on those with vested interest

and without a conflict of interest.

A couple of weeks ago, I was speaking on my phone near my place

of residence when a male associate heard me talking about petty crimes

taking place at commercial sites on Maui. My phone conversation was with

a personal acquaintance who has a professional security company with

commercial properties on Maui. During our conversation, my other male

associate approached me physically with feigned affection deriding

the effort to address vandalism and petty crimes on Maui. He started

to kiss me on my face while I had this conversation that had the intent

for business sponsorship contacts.

This sexual harassment is on phone record with my security friend.

Behavior that leads to proof of a legal complaint record defies anyone's

imagination. It may be that in current times, consequences for one's

derision and contempt are not seen readily enough.

What's a female to do? It is in this blurred type of boundaries that

most contempt, political/social/personal, takes place to add to the

stress and distress of ordinary life doings. It is intentional. It is the

tactic of those who have little soul left in themselves even while sitting

with wasted resources and privileges that most in the world cannot

grasp.

America is ugly and also beautiful. I don't like being placed in a position

to have to work for what is obviously deserved in personal dynamics.

Let others make note it is this level of petty power plays and hypocrisy

that is at the heart of most system-based obstruction. Systems should be

adjusted to minimize this type of distraction.

Sexual harassment is at a minimum $250,000 with a pattern of intimi-

dation. Sexual harassment for the sake of a corrupt system of commerce

that has something to hide is even worse. That would be considered

public endangerment and intent to cause harm.

Those who cannot accept that they are no longer in control because of

diminished national systems should at least accept that we are just a

part of an evolving modern world that has not designed itself for the

sake of preservation, unlike a few economies that are looking mighty

fine inspite of America's ills.

Updated Maui County Contact

For those wondering what's the scoop with Maui County, I received

a return call from Officer Awai on behalf of Community Relations at

Maui Police Department. They should know by now that my online

internet newsletters contain information to the international and

national press about my complaints against them.

In addition, I called the Litigation Division of Maui County's Corp-

oration Counsel. A copy of my email to them today was sent to press

contacts at the Los Angeles Times reporting on international drug

crimes, Flare Network internet newsletter, Senator Orrin Hatch and

Congressman Hal Rogers.

It is in the best interest of the majority of the population to create

verifiable, legitimate statements on record in a multi-pronged, multi-

level manner repeatedly with strategic facts/info to advance the story

about the War on Corruption and Transnational Domination.

The Food Bowl

The Compost Pile was originally named The Food Bowl internet site.

In the original format while I lived and worked in Hana, the concept

was to create a sense of abundance. Abundance is not same as having

more than you need. It is about feeling safety in our daily lives in

a larger society that is barely comprehensible to most.

Maslow, the famous Psychology 101 theorist, made his hiearchy of

needs known to all who studied in college. At the base of our existence

is the need to have basic survival resources: food, drinkable water and

a place to live. In modern society, this includes feeling relatively safe

from physical assault/harm in daily activities with access to public

health/hygiene facilities. Simple enough.

Americans do not have this security. Imagine that. Other industrialized

nations wonder about America this way. Anyway, my internet site then

became The Compost Pile since it was necessary to produce living soil

and land mass from refuse in order to feel any kind of life source. As

a victim in a small place like Maui, my own basic needs were deliberately

withheld for the sake of malicious abuse of power.

Maui will have to live with this reality. So will Hawaii, since we have

now divided those who see Maui as nothing more than a commodity for

the State of Hawaii with those who see that Maui has a clear possibility

for its own purpose. This topic is for governance specialists, not me.

Hunger, the lack of food, is an economic problem. Obesity/overweight

issues a behavioral problem, like addiction even tho' it can be related to

economic issues. Malnutrition is an educational problem. We do not

need gobs of money to research the answer to why some eat too much

nor to prove that problems actually exist. It's the economy, stupid.

Transnationals do not have vested interest in small economies, never

have, never will. Who sold out on Maui? The ones who smile and pat

you on your back about what a great job you are doing to tow-the-line.

It has been proven that the international trend is to regionalize growth

through open, transparent policies and practices.

Open Letter to Mayor Arakawa - Updated

Called, spoke with and left messages for Mayor Tavares, County

Clerk and Maui County Corporation Counsel today about this

open letter for Mayor Arakawa who begins office in January.

This is an open letter to Mayor Alan Arakawa of Maui County:

Dear Mayor Arakawa,

I am posting this letter on my internet site to demonstrate my

intent for full disclosure and accountability. Your re-election

this past November 2010 to the Mayor's Office of Maui County

must include acknowledgment of my experience as a victim of

severe and pervasive system malice, neglect and negligence.

As you may remember, I contacted your office in the Fall of

2004 right after my return to Maui as a resident. I met with

your Executive Assistant in a private meeting in his office to

discuss a situation that I impacted my safety as well as public

safety for residents.

Your Executive Assistant encouraged me to contact local law

enforcement for any concerns of harassment, stalking and

other crimes in Wailuku where I lived at the time. For your

information, after this meeting I made three taped statements

to Maui Police Department over 9 months while I lived in a

Happy Valley rental with housemates. One of these house-

mates, heretoforth known as Gil Agaran, was an administrator

in your office at the time.

My taped statements were made to Sgt. Mitch Pellazar, one

of these meetings included Assistant Chief Kikuchi. He had

invited me for a meeting after a personal contact who is an

attorney made a call to his office about why no police officer

had arrived to our location as I requested. There were other

residents who mentioned knowledge of a "drug" investigation

in our neighborhood.

This area near Happy Valley is known to be drug-ridden, and

in fact, the rental where we resided had been exposed in past

years as a crack-cocaine house. A neighbor who lived with her

family across the street told me that a former police officer

provided information that some homes on our street were being

used as "hot" houses to investigate illegal drug activities. She

gave me permission to use her name in my meeting with MPD

since she had concerns that one of her sons needed to be in

rehabilitation or incarcerated.

My complaints about suspicious car activities were made to

the owner of the rental where I lived within the first week of

moving there in November 2004. He contacted Vice Officer

Jeff Hunt about this matter. As you know, the Maui News

reported that Jeff Hunt, the vice officer was killed in a shoot-

in 2007. In Maui County, there are two men named Jeff Hunt.

After my initial meeting at MPD in November, I observed an

MPD SUV stopping by two of the houses that I had named as

sites where frequent, brief car activities took place. The male

driver did not stop his vehicle, rather he stopped and spoke

with those who live there from his vehicle.

The Mayor's Office should note that right around the corner of

this street, there was reportedly an eviction of over 30 families

near Banana Bungalow due to drug crimes in 2008. It was an

employee at Banana Bungalow who reported this to me in person.

Please read my newsletters about how "intelligence-led" policing

uses military intelligence gathering for special investigations

and the profit-motives that result when policies increase funding

with increased incidents of drug violence/crimes. This direct

relationship, the bigger the crime the bigger your budget is the

topic of my complaint to Republicans in the House Appropriations

Committee in Washington DC.

My calls to Republicans are a result of not having received an

appropriate response from our own Congress members after making

repeated complaints per email, phone and in person on tape with

former Congressman Case's office in August 2004. My contact

with Congressman Abercrombie, who is now Governor, resulted

with his staff directing me to Congressman Case.

My complaints about MPD's failures and violations are numerous.

Overt email fraud with former MPD secretary Yvonne Ching, defamation

of character in written format, at least 3 unannounced visits to locate me

at another person's residence with false information and two incidents

of having Police Officer Abas call me on behalf criminally implicated

individuals, one who is clinically diagnosed as having organic brain

disorder living on disability subsidy. The last two incidents involv-

ing calls by Officer Abas include illegal drug use issues.

My complaint to Maui County DA Davelyn Tengan's office in early

2006 resulted in her requesting an investigator. I provided a

tape recording of a message left for me on the spare bedroom

phone of a personal associate while I visited his Maui home. The

message was of a male voice saying that the FBI and CIA were

looking for me. I had previously made a taped statement with

Ms. Tengan's assistant, Mike Caires, in 2005.

You may have heard that I am on record making direct and

verifiable complaints about my housemates at our rental in

Happy Valley. My complaint was on record on August 8, 2005

in Judge Ige's court about complicity on the part of my house-

mates with covering up criminal use of harvesting information

at our shared rental and illegal drug activities.

In early 2006, I also contacted Senator Sen Tsutsui. While we

acknowledged that he had a conflict of interest due to his own

personal and political affiliation with my housemates in Happy

Valley, he received documents to implicate them. Based on

my complaints, he contacted then Police Chief Phillips about

why they had not fully and in a timely manner arrive to our

neighborhood about suspicious activities.

Senator Tsutsui's office did not receive a response from then

Chief Phillips. Senator Tsutui's office corresponded with me about

this, saying that they had forwarded my complaints to the State

AG's Criminal Division Office.

Since this time, there has been a pattern of preferential treat-

ment given to my former housemates, both known Democrat

insiders who have business ties with others close to Senator

Inouye and key Democrat stakeholder circles. My plan is to

prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, as they have

contributed to ongoing obstruction and corrupt practices in

our systems.

At this point, Mayor Arakawa, I have been denied services by

Maui County law enforcement. My attempt to participate with

the Police Commission's public testimony on April 15, 2009 in

selecting the next Police Chief was rejected. The receptionist

at the Police Commission told me twice per phone that MPD's

Internal Affairs, run by Juan Williams, informed her of this

ban. Juan Williams is one of two officers who arrived at the

back door of a relative's home looking for me unannounced

in 2007. The other officer was Chris Dodd. My hand-written

complaint about this incident was delivered by me in person

to then DA Acob within days.

Maui County will be held accountable for these incidents. These

incidents clearly created conditions of violence and harassment

as I have reported on my newsletters. My newsletters were sent

to Republicans in the House Appropriations Committee and were

acknowledged by a newsletter based in Italy that reports on

transnational drug crimes, white collar crimes and the need to

confront organized crime and corruption.

What has happened to me is a symptom of a larger problem. It

is not only for the safety of my case that this matter is addressed.

It is about system accountability that will determine Maui's future.

Should your office have any information that suggests a pattern

of malice by those in legitimate positions of authority to increase

slander against me as a victim/complaintant, you are madated to

report this in a multi-pronged, multi-lateral manner, including

House Appropriaton Republicans in Congress named on my news-

letter.

I am independent, non-partisan with proof that corrupt Democrats

and criminal defendants with drug crimes are receiving preferential

treatment. I have been denied due process since November 2004.

My complaint will inevitably be part of my self-sovereignty process

to clear my name, my reputation, my identity from any and all

systems of government, intelligence and commerce-based legal

mechanisms of control and access.

All You Need to Know for Now

After working as a Registered Nurse in Hawaii for two years, she decided to consider medical school and within a month moved to Dallas, Texas for a paid Critical Care Nursing course at Parkland Medical Center

She has told others that it was this experience of working with the indigent population in a County facility that most influenced her choice to not continue into medical training. In fact, it was in a Dallas bookstore in 1986 that she first found Ken Starr’s non-fiction book that documents how our health industry was shaped by intentional political mechanisms created by and for the American Medical Association.

The cultural isolation in Texas during these Regan years led to Yukie’s decision to make the cross-country drive to Northern California where she based her life for study and travel until 1999. In San Francisco, nurses were paid more that twice in salary than in Texas and were supported by a health professional sector that provided them with both the responsibility and the authority for much of the daily operations in their institutions.

It was an optimistic period for health professionals in the late 80’s and early 90’s in urban Northern California. Acute care institutional health culture was supported in the Bay Area by a vast network of community-based organizations, volunteers and educators who believed in providing basic services as an essential to human dignity.


While acute care hospitals that had traditionally served specific ethnic populations struggled to remain financially viable, opportunities for health professionals to participate with effective delivery of services continued to thrive. Integrated community-based models to preserve autonomy in culturally-appropriate ways became part of the mind-set for those at the
front -line of service delivery.

Between the late 80’s until the early 90’s, Yukie spent part of each year traveling the gringo trail in Europe, Mexico, South America and India. Her health-related volunteer experience includes work in Creel, Mexico with Chihuahua’s indigenous Tarahumara group and in Madras, India with Don Bosco de Beatitudes social services.

In 1989, she co-developed Espanol Intensivo for Health Professionals, a Workshop series taught in Sonoma County hospitals until 1993 with a Spanish instructor from Sonoma State University.

Her understanding of health and social services has been supported by extensive volunteer work for over 20 years. These include AIDS Hospice, HIV Prevention Education, Women’s Health, body-based wellness training with short-term addiction rehabilitation clients, service providers, female juvenile sex workers and incarcerated women in San Francisco’s County Jail, at-risk youth, Variety School for learning disabilities, Easter Seals.

In addition to acute care nursing in Critical Care Units and Emergency Room services, she has worked as an Independent Contractor for long-term insurance functional assessments, and as a Case Manager for integrated Pain Management Programs and Foster Elder Care Programs. Her front-line service with other federally subsidized programs through Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Programs with Hawaii’s Department of Health, Department of Education and Department of Human Services resulted in her comprehensive complaint to the Government Accountability Fraud Office and DHHS Fraud Waste and Abuse Office since 2007.

For three months in 2001, she worked as the RN site manager at a federally funded partial incarceration site on Oahu for male juvenile sex offenders who had multiple risk factors including addiction, learning disabilities and psychiatric behavior disorders.

Since 2007, Yukie has refused to license herself as a Registered Nurse to complete her complaint process with Republicans in the House Appropriations Committee. She has reported a pattern of criminal neglect, negligence and intentional malice/discrimination in a significant percentage
of health and social services.

The risks and threats for health professionals who fulfill their legal obligation to report any suspected or verified Fraud Waste and Abuse is part of a corrupt for-profit economic sector that increases funds for increased incidents of abuse through non-transparent litigation and legal tactics.

Fraud Waste and Abuse against and by clients, service providers, and state intermediaries are frequently bilateral. This is compounded by pervasive wire fraud and failures to protect privacy and confidentiality. Severe and hostile conditions exist for any person who responsibly participates in documenting prosecutable incidents that often includes patterns of drug use, abuse and addiction.

Yukie’s own Verizon cell phone account has been proven to be an example of wire terror in information systems. Front-line sales reps have contacted Republicans in the House Appropriation Committee to confirm that my account has on at least two occasions been listed under that wrong name in their data system. In addition, my phone number was found on the credit and auto insurance records of a known drug felon from Paia who claimed to be a medical marijuana dispensary after he went bankrupt in 2008.

While our country is attempting to deliver a trillion-dollar National Health Care Reform package passed through legislation this past year, most of the public dialogue and debate since 2009 was shaped by primary profit stakeholders of our health and research industry.

Much of the specific policy talking points involve providing small payment perks to voting blocs and for restructuring of payment schedules rather than setting a tone for the moral imperative of providing access to basic health services as essential to human dignity.

Health industry stakeholders are aware of the economic abyss, yet health consumers are primarily concerned about delivery of services. Delivery of services is the point of contact where consumers are impacted. Reform cannot be entirely legislated. The moral imperative is to address the need to create a professional culture committed to protecting the sanctity of human dignity and health choices during illness for Americans.

Yukie’s choice to remain at the front-line in the Critical Care Unit and in home-care settings as an advocate for the profession of nursing, for health institutions and for the patient has value in identifying vulnerable points where intentional and unintentional Fraud Waste Abuse can occur.

In her practice, advocacy does not impose beliefs that are outside the realm of the client, nor does it guarantee that information provided will be implemented, nor does it presume that advice is the only source. Even within an agreement to receive institutionalized health care services, each individual is unique in their experience and approach in defining health, illness and even the dying process. As an advocate, factors such as culture, religious belief, life experience and age influence treatment and delivery of services.

Our reliance on information technology for information storage and data collection within our health care industry has increased risks for Fraud Waste and Abuse. Yukie is on record with Congress about her complaint of wire fraud security breaches on the paperless clinical data system at the San Francisco VA Medical Center in the Critical Care Unit in 2004. This computer system allowed Las Vegas neon ads to pop up on patient flow charts. Her concern is for her own rights to privacy as a health provider well as for the patients and veterans at this facility.

After nearly 10 years since Yukie’s return to live in Hawaii, she is committed to addressing the corrupt policies and practices that create profit motives for malicious abuse of power in government and health care. She can prove a pattern of bribes, suspicious contracting offers and abuse to coerce her into activities that are criminal, unethical and outside the boundaries of her conscience. She can also prove an intent to create false association between
her proprietary intellectual property to address workplace power inequities with partisan and commercial agendas that do no represent her beliefs and interests.

Most notably, there is false reference to her legal and political writings with interests/groups with whom she has no affiliation in the Native Hawaiian Sovereignty movement, with Bishop Estate investors, with illegal drug networks and with liberal civil liberties organizations. Her transparent process for a legal and political model to protect her life from exploitation, wire fraud/stalking and wire identity theft is found on the internet since December 2009 in raw, unedited newsletters blog sites under her legal name.

Her newsletters, written from her perspective as a victim of a corrupt and criminalized economy, were acknowledged by FLARE NETWORK, an online newsletter based in Italy. FLARE NETWORK is the first European network of news companies and civil organizations, mostly from Eastern Europe, seeking to build a culture of legality and to dismantle their mafia-based enterprises by reporting on transnational white-collar crimes and drug trafficking. Their website includes policy directives for regional development by exposing transnational information underground systems that link organized crime with corruption in industry and commerce.

Yukie’s effort to eliminate corrupt influences and drug crimes from her daily life has been through email “characters” who wrote to the news media since 2006 and who now have their own internet newsletters and blogs. These “character” newsletters are separate for-profit enterprise sites that provide a mechanism for legal, political and accountability.

Taking a statement of conscience has resulted in severe financial hardship for many years.
To demonstrate her status as a civilian seeking self-sovereignty she has refused any corrupt monies and for the first time applied for general assistance food stamps since April 2010.
Even in this process, she found Fraud Waste and Abuse as it took almost 6 months to receive this assistance after contact with DHS in Wailuku.

Her phone message updates include facts, incidents and news items that are relevant in destroying corruption in our systems and has proposed a radio program concept with the social marketing campaign of a local news company. Her message is reflected by many others who live in Hawaii. The frustration and impotence to create prosperity, health and dignity given
what natural resources exist in perilous economic times is obviously linked to my own experience with this endemic corruption and a policy of Fraud Waste and Abuse.

She is currently posting her id on bulletin boards and making person-to-person contact with merchant groups, small business owners, property owners as a Safe Neighborhood Advocate. As a Safe Neighborhood Advocate she is creating an informal network of contacts, stakeholders and residents who recognize a need to protect our communities and advocate for our own interests against the interests of attorneys, corrupt officials and other vulture-type entities.

The past three years living and working on small, private agricultural properties has been the source of her inner strength. She has documented her experiences living in rural areas of Maui as an ongoing experiment for sustained dignity and a daily practice to build intrinsic value. Meeting those who live and work in these areas provided insight about County-level planning failures to build micro-enterprises for rural economic stability. It has also provided insight into the ongoing risks to Maui’s well-being from international and local drug terror and violence.

Yukie passed her California Real Estate exam many years ago but has never worked in the field. She is planning to obtain land/property as part of her litigation and complaint process with Maui County and the State of Hawaii for having repeatedly violated her rights as a victim and for having given preferential treatment to criminal drug defendants and to her former personal contacts who are corrupt Democrat Party insiders and profit stakeholders.

Honoring her own life needs and choices as a health services professional was supported by the flexibility of work schedules in the Bay Area at all acute care facilities. Her two 12-hour shift weekly work schedule allowed her the ability to cultivate an entire way of life outside an industry that deals with illness and disease.

It was in 1993, after returning from her work in India that Yukie began serious study in movement-based applications for healing. She took her initial workshop in “life-art process” with an instructor from Anna Halprin’s Improvisational work. The life-art process training involves learning to apply functional movement ritual and practice as a means to access an integrated response through imagery, language and emotion. This culminates into a personal “performance” piece which is shared with others who are in the same process.

Yukie had the opportunity to perform with a group of mixed dancers and artists in Anna Halprin’s Retrospective in 1995. This ritual performance in a public venue included performers who had life-threatening illness as a testimony to their experience with loss, death and dying.

In the following year, Yukie participated in Anna’s 9-month improvisation performance workshop that explored the application of developmental and functional movement as form for the evolution of human life from the depth and material foundation of inanimate life through through the instinct of animal and creature.

Study of movement for somatic practice eventually took Yukie into Contact Improvisation and modern dance techniques with other instructors in the Bay Area. In her first two years of Contact Improvisation, she had over a dozen teachers, all of whom found their own language and intent with this dance form. The strongest influence came from anarchist dancers and peformance artists who applied this highly athletic physical form into a way of embodying the natural politics of power and control into our everyday “dance” in everyday life.

With her commitment to movement studies, along with the lumps and bumps that accompany living in a deep kinesthetic awareness, Yukie wanted to find her own conceptual application of movement’s flow into the material world where information systems create and control whole collective structures of human activity, of madness, prosperity and survival. Her study of Laban’s Movement Theory brought into being an understanding that she had already known: that all of life’s intention is found in movement, both internal and expressed.


After her return to Hawaii in 1999, she found no companionship to continue her studies in movement and dance. It was like a dimly-lit desolate scene: a large abandoned parking lot with partially dismantled vehicles and dried debris blowing through the rusted metal dangling at seams.

Yukie started to teach Beginning Contact Improvisation at the UH Manoa Extension College and at the Mid-Pacific Theatre Arts Program in 2000. There were other failed improv efforts that are now barely remembered and will never be remembered by anyone in Honolulu.

She also co-taught Contact Improv at the Studio Maui in the Fall of 2004. At this time, she tries to find the daily “dance” while navigating the course to permanently eliminate from her life the corrupt influences that permeate our Information Age society.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

Looks to me like someone is looking for a free ride without
doing the work based on their own effort and merit. Familiar
scene with American political opportunism. Human dignity is
for trade and barter for the most corrupt and elite sources.

Americans see something wrong. Could it be that politicos
really think Americans and other countries are that stupid?
Political movements are made for profit engines. Real work
solving problems are never part of a major news story break.

The groups controlling the press are laughable and caught
with their pants down. The penectomy political metaphor is
making hisorians shudder and writhe in self-defense. Who
do they think they are lying so openly as though others are
really that stupid? Tell the National Security Council that
their schizophrenia is showing.

RESORTS ON MAUI AUCTIONED

Heard on the radio yesterday that beach front properties valued at over
$500 million on Maui were sold for about $50 million. This might have
been the auction of the Maui Prince and Makena Resorts in Wailea after
Maui's wowee developer Dowling and Morgan Stanley gave up trying to
build their zero-waste sustainable complex.

What does this indicate? It is an indicator of what kind of cash flow is
available to those who have vested interest in existing infrastructure.
None.

ORGANIZED CRIME LINKED TO CARBON CAPS!

The news piece about 4 organized crime figures arrested for rigging
the sale of carbon credits made news yesterday. Who knows why all
of this had to happen just to prove that capacity to produce pollution
could be sold, traded and bartered like a piece of property?

Think about that. Your country's capacity to produce industrial
waste is being monitored. Your country, according to certain agree-
ment amongst all industrialized nations, is assigned quotas for the
amount of pollution allowable. Pollution is measured in carbon
emissions that cause the destruction of the ozone leading to the
Global Warming theory about the over heating of the earth's
atmosphere leading to glacier melting with a rise in ocean levels.

Whoa. Your plastic shampoo bottle may never look the same to
you after this since plastics are evil goods that require manufacturing
processes that increase carbon pollution emissions.

So the deal with carbon emissions is that some countries were
able to reduced their pollution which left them with carbon
"credits" meaning the fell below their quota but want to sell this
to countries that have greater carbon emission levels.

This is a simplistic version, but your shampoo bottle has a story
about why military industrial spying took place in my life while I
had contact with those trying to profit from developing an industry
for energy sources that would produce less pollution. Take a guess
why the same defense contractors that profit from warfare and
news systems own all of these technologies.

Someone with an email Carra9 sent me an email this past month
expecting me to provide information to him or her about how to deal
with child abuse of a family member. I do not work for any agency
nor organization that deals with any type of child abuse/neglect or
crime nor have I suggested this in any of my writing, nor do I have
any interest whatsoever to receive emails about the Hague being a
source of complaint for alleged child abuse. I think this person may
be fraudulent or delusional.

A Portfolio of Ideas & Economic Terror

The Wall Street Journal has an ad on business internet sites about
A Portfolio of Ideas and the impact of social media networks like this
Twitter blog on the "whole" of economic behavior with systems.
The same internet source has articles about "economic terror" and
the mammoth commercial fraud problem in America.

The guy on the video is a youngish professor from San Diego who
gives the usual "having different points of reference from different
people" is valuable while having strong relationships can be both
positive and negative depending on the collective situation.

We learned that in the 8th grade cultural diversity curriculum on
a social behavioral level but never integrated completely due to the
pettiness that drives most who have enough to eat and who presume
their safety is secure or those who are truly self-destructive.

This ad was found on a humor-based business news site that has a
different kind of humor than the humor found in political satire from
New York City, the Bay Area and Los Angeles where cynicism is
used in a zig-zag manner to usurp any underlying premise that may
be assumed in the masses of hypocrisy.

That's why Republicans don't get my humor. They really don't find it
funny in the way hypocrisy and sarcasm runs most of the cash in commercial
systems where the audience has normalized that our American ideals
provide the most material for satire.

And boo-hoo, Lost television drama left Hawaii, leaving over 800 of
their employees going back to the unemployment line. What was it about
the foam imported from South Korea for fake lava rocks that made us
wonder about the inter-relatedness of an economy dependent on the
creative juices of an indifferent industry?

Commercial Facism Information Systems

Liberal commercial facists on the rise are described in a few books.
Do a simple Google search and look it up for yourself. It is a conspiracy
against those too stupid to think for themselves.

I've found an information clearinghouse recently that resembles an
online marketing research ad lift-up site. It may be possible to create
an infusion of "quality" content within unknown "human" powered
systems in advertising. This was the original idea behind my letters
Dear Monster to the press.

The name of this site is suspicious: mahalo.com. Although
there is no obvious link to Hawaii they are using a Hawaiian
word as there company name. I think they are testing the
stupidity of those who live in Hawaii.

If any person can prove that information clearhouses are part of
the sinister defense contractor military industrial plot to use the
stupidest of human kind for information sources to guide the mind
of our advertising sector, please let coffeeshopmonster know. And
if u can prove that Hawaii trafficks information from civilians who
are known victims for these systems, report this fraud to the SEC.

Commercials on television have been noticeably more intelligent
with under-stated political/cultural humor yet they haven't found
a way to present news/info sites in a popular format that informs
the lazy viewer to think a little deeper.

It's just an experiment. I've also added articles to Wikipedia under
my pen name, Fern Fitzgerald to keep my enemies confused.
